2025 became another major milestone for Giovani®. After earning the trust of customers across Europe, that trust was confirmed once again through prestigious awards based on real customer experiences, satisfaction and public voting. And that’s exactly what means the most to us.
This year, we received several awards once again, including 1st place in the prestigious Shop of the Year (E-shop of the Year) competitions in 3 different countries where Giovani® operates. In a fourth country, we became finalists and secured 2nd place.
The greatest joy came from Slovakia. 🏆 For the second year in a row, the Giovani® online store won the Popularity Award in the Heureka Shop of the Year 2025 competition in Slovakia. This means customers once again voted for Giovani® as the most popular online store in its category. Defending an award like this is often even harder than winning it for the first time, which is why we value this trust immensely.
In the Popularity Award rankings, we placed 1st alongside giants such as GymBeam, Notino, Lidl, NAY, and others.
🏆 In addition, we also won 1st place in the Quality Award at Heureka Shop of the Year 2025 in Slovakia, again for the second consecutive year. This award is based on long-term customer satisfaction and verified post-purchase reviews. The award draws on the quality o verified reviews on Heureka.sk. That is why it is considered highly objective and clearly reflects the quality of our products and services.
Winning both the Popularity Award and the Quality Award two years in a row is, for us, strong proof that Giovani® is built not only on marketing, but above all on product quality, service and the overall customer experience.
🏆 In Hungary, the Giovani® online store won 1st place in the Shop of the Year 2025 Popularity Award 2025, where customers themselves decided the winner through public voting. Competing against local online stores, Hungarian customers chose us – a Slovak brand – and we won the entire large category. At the gala evening, we were practically the only people among hundreds of attendees using English interpretation headsets to understand the hosts on stage.
🏆 In Slovenia, we received another exceptionally prestigious recognition – 1st place for the best Certified Shop in the entire market. This was not a category win, but an overall victory across the whole Slovenian e-commerce market. Our success was determined by the quality, quantity and speed of collecting verified reviews, as well as the vote of an expert jury. This achievement is truly extraordinary.
🏆 Another major success came from the Czech Republic, where Giovani® became a finalist in the Heureka Shop of the Year 2025 Quality Award. Simply reaching the finals in such a strong and competitive market is something we consider a huge accomplishment. In the Czech Republic, we won the Quality Award in 2024 and also took 1st place in the Product of the Year competition in our category. In 2025, however, the Product of the Year category was no longer evaluated on Heureka because the number of reviewed product categories was reduced from 500 to 30. Still, if the category had continued, we are 99% certain we would have won this award in both Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
Looking back today, we see an incredible amount of progress achieved in a relatively short time. We have only been on the market for 3.5 years, and during 2 out of the last 3 evaluated years, we managed to win this many trophies while collecting tens of thousands of positive reviews. Today, more than 1.8 million customers across 19 European countries trust Giovani®, and every single day new satisfied customers join them. 🚀
